Ana Alfaya Rime

Management Assistant

Ana Alfaya Rime joined Alias Partners in 2011. An experienced management assistant, she has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector and has previously held similar positions at Lombard Odier, Elystone Capital, and Morgan Stanley in Geneva. Ana holds a degree in wealth management from the Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire. She is fluent in French, English, and Spanish, and also has a solid knowledge of Portuguese.

Annick Blanc

Manager

Annick Blanc joined Alias Partners in 2021 as a manager. Trained at UBS in various banking professions, Annick acquired a wide range of skills that she went on to put to good use serving a large client base. She has also worked as an asset manager for various independent management companies.

Joanne Blanchard

Head of Compliance and Risk

Joanne Blanchard joined Alias Partners in 2022 as Head of Compliance and Risk. Joanne has over 25 years of experience in the banking sector. She began her career at UBS before joining Petercam, where she specialized in compliance and legal affairs. In 2020, she became Head of Compliance for Degroof Petercam Bank in Switzerland. Joanne holds a CAS in Compliance Management from UNIGE (2017) and obtained a Risk Manager diploma in 2022.

Frédéric Chèvre

Manager

Frédéric Chèvre joined Alias Partners in 2019 as a manager. He began his career at Credit Suisse; after working in the trading room, he was responsible for the asset management of Swiss private clients and, in 2011, he joined the bank's head office in Zurich to focus on the Middle East markets. Frédéric has been a Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) since 2016.

Pierre Chèvre

Senior Advisor

Pierre Chèvre joined Alias Partners in 1997 as a managing partner and was also a member of the board of directors from 2020 to 2024. For nearly 10 years, Pierre taught economic and financial history at the University of Geneva, then served as chief economist at Darier & Cie. Pierre holds a degree in political economy and economic history from the University of Geneva.

Maxime de Raemy

Manager, Managing Director

Maxime de Raemy joined Alias Partners in 2003 as a managing partner. He served as CEO until the end of 2024 and now holds the position of managing director, while continuing to support his clients. Trained as an asset manager at UBS, Maxime began his career in the import-export and textile distribution sector in Switzerland before joining Mirabaud private bank, where he developed a significant local and European private client base.

Susy dos Santos

Manager, Director, Vice President

Susy dos Santos joined Alias Partners in 2009 as a managing partner and has been Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors since 2020. Susy has been working as an asset manager for over 35 years. Before joining Alias Partners, she worked for private banks in Switzerland and abroad. In this capacity, she held several senior positions and managed the offices of Banque Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch in Brazil.

Adrien Fauche

Manager, COO

Adrien Fauche joined Alias Partners in 2021 as a manager and has held the position of COO since 2025. After starting his career in the trading room of BNP Paribas as an investment advisor for private clients, Adrien went on to develop a large French-speaking Swiss and European client base at various banks in Geneva. He graduated in economics from the University of St. Gallen (1999) and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2006.

Stefania Fedeli

Manager

Stefania Fedeli joined Alias Partners in 2021 as a manager. Specializing in international relations and economics, she began her career in trading before honing her skills in investment consulting, notably at Deutsche Bank and UBS. Stefania is a Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst and holds a Federal Diploma in Financial Analysis and Asset Management (CFPI).

Patricia Fouad

Management Assistant

Patricia Fouad joined Alias Partners in 2021. An experienced management assistant with over 20 years of experience, she has extensive experience in the banking sector. She previously held similar positions at Landolt & Cie (formerly Banque Degroof Suisse) and BIL (Switzerland). Patricia is fluent in French, English, and German.

Vanessa Guarnera

CFO

Vanessa Guarnera joined Alias Partners in 1998, where she has held the position of CFO since 2012. She began her career in 1993 at Banque Scandinave in Switzerland, which became Banque Edouard Constant in 1997, where she worked in the accounting and independent managers departments. Vanessa has held the federal diploma of finance and investment expert (CFPI-CIWM) since 2011.

Sabrina Jelicic

Senior Investment Advisor

Sabrina Jelicic joined Alias Partners in 2023 as Senior Investment Manager. With ten years of experience in investment consulting and fund management, previously acquired at Weisshorn Asset Management, Aura Consult, and Banque Heritage, she has in-depth expertise in financial analysis. Sabrina holds CAIA and FRM professional certifications, as well as the ESG certificate issued by the CFA Institute. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she has been a part-time lecturer in finance at the Haute École de Gestion de Genève for several years.

Filipe Marques

Manager

Filipe Marques joined Alias Partners in 2025. Trained as an asset manager at Credit Suisse, he worked with Brazilian and Portuguese private clients before joining Julius Baer as a senior asset manager. Filipe has been a Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) since 2006.

Philippe Ostan

Manager, CEO, CIO

Philippe Ostan joined Alias Partners in 2007, where he has held the position of CIO since 2016 and CEO since 2025. He began his career in 1999 at Banque Darier Hentsch & Cie, which became Lombard Odier & Cie SA in 2002, where he worked mainly in the department dedicated to independent asset managers. Philippe has been a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) since 2011.

Fabienne Pastorini

Management Assistant

Fabienne Pastorini joined Alias Partners in 2009. She previously worked as a management assistant at Aurelia Finance SA and as a communications assistant at HSBC Republic. Fabienne holds an MBA from the Business School Lausanne and a degree in international management from the Geneva School of Communication and Management. She is fluent in French and English.

Pascal Penon

Accountant

Pascal Penon joined Alias Partners in 2023 as an accountant. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, including more than 13 years at HBS SA, where he worked as an accountant and gained expertise in human resources, treasury, and financial management. Pascal has also held similar positions at Kemnay Services Limited, Investec Trust (Switzerland), Banque SCS Alliance, and Vaudoise Assurances.

Monica Varela

Compliance Officer

Monica Varela joined Alias Partners as Compliance Officer in 2023. She previously worked as a management assistant for various banks and independent asset managers. She then trained in the field of compliance and held the position of AML Officer at Alkimia. Since 2022, Monica has held a CAS in Compliance Management from the University of Geneva.

Frédéric Binder

Administrateur indépendant

Frédéric Binder a rejoint le conseil d’administration d’Alias Partners en 2021 en qualité d’administrateur indépendant. Il est avocat, spécialiste de la banque privée et des services financiers. Après avoir obtenu son brevet d’avocat en 1992, il a poursuivi un Master en droit européen à l’Université libre de Bruxelles. Il a ensuite rejoint le groupe Lombard Odier, où il a dirigé les filiales de Gibraltar et de Montréal, avant de prendre la responsabilité du marché UK et de co-diriger les opérations de la banque privée en Suisse. En 2016, il a intégré la direction de Landolt & Cie en tant que General Counsel. Depuis 2019, il exerce comme avocat conseil et siège au conseil d’administration de plusieurs sociétés de gestion de fortune.

Jean Keller

Jean Keller a rejoint le conseil d’administration d’Alias Partners en 2021 en qualité d’administrateur indépendant. Jean Keller est un professionnel reconnu dans le domaine de la gestion d’actifs, avec plus de 30 ans d’expérience internationale. Il est actuellement CEO de Quaero Capital SA, société qu’il a cofondée en 2011. Auparavant, il a dirigé 3A (Alternative Asset Advisors), la division de gestion alternative du groupe SYZ, où il a supervisé une forte croissance et le développement en Asie. Il a également occupé des postes de direction au sein du groupe Lombard Odier à Genève, New York et Londres, notamment comme CEO de Lombard Odier Asset Management Ltd. Jean Keller est diplômé en relations internationales de l’Université de Genève et titulaire d’un MBA en finance de la Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania).

Nicolas Killen

Nicolas Killen, administrateur indépendant, préside le conseil d’administration d’Alias Partners depuis 2021. Avocat au barreau de Genève depuis 1988, il a été admis au barreau de New York en 1991 et est Associé Gérant de Borel & Barbey à Genève. Nicolas Killen possède plus de 30 ans d’expérience dans le conseil juridique et stratégique auprès de banques, gérants de fortune, placements collectifs de capitaux et sociétés commerciales. Spécialiste du droit des sociétés, du droit bancaire et des services financiers, il intervient également en matière de fusions-acquisitions et de planification fiscale internationale. Il siège au conseil d’administration de plusieurs institutions financières et fondations, et apporte à Alias Partners en qualité d’administrateur indépendant une expertise juridique de haut niveau ainsi qu’une vision stratégique renforçant la gouvernance de la société.
